Privacy Policy
Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how AtTheTable (the “App”) handles information. The App is a party game application for entertainment purposes, published by an individual developer (the “Developer”).
By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.
Information AtTheTable Processes
AtTheTable does not require an account, does not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other contact details, and does not require you to provide any personal information to use its features.
Information you enter while playing — such as team names, player names, chosen game settings, and custom word themes — is used solely to run the game on your device.
Information Stored Locally
The App stores the following information locally on your device only (through the App’s local storage):
- Game settings you choose (number of words, round time, themes, and similar options)
- Team and player names you enter for a session
- Game history and session statistics (which games you played, teams, scores, and dates)
- In-progress game state so a game can be resumed
- Your preferences (language, haptics)
- A record of which game rule screens you have already seen
This information never leaves your device unless you initiate an action that sends it (for example, writing to the Developer by email). You can delete it by clearing the App’s data or uninstalling the App.
Advertising
The free version of AtTheTable is supported by interstitial (full-screen) advertisements.
AtTheTable currently requests non-personalized advertisements only. The App does not request access to the advertising identifier (IDFA) on iOS and does not currently display an app-tracking permission prompt.
Advertising is delivered through Unity LevelPlay, an advertising mediation platform, and its advertising partners Unity Ads, ironSource, AppLovin, and Liftoff Monetize. These independent services operate under their own policies. Unity (including its affiliate ironSource) may process device and technical information necessary to provide, measure, secure, and improve its advertising services, in accordance with Unity’s own policies. Unity’s privacy information is available at https://unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy, AppLovin’s at https://www.applovin.com/privacy/, and Liftoff’s at https://liftoff.io/privacy-policy/.
Device and Technical Information
In order to serve and display ads, the advertising SDKs and services used by the App (Unity LevelPlay, Unity Ads, ironSource, AppLovin, and Liftoff Monetize) may process technical information about your device, such as device identifiers, IP address, and operating system, in accordance with the applicable providers’ policies and your device settings.
The Developer itself does not collect, receive, or store any analytics, crash reports, or device identifiers through the App.
How Information Is Used
Information stored locally is used exclusively to provide the App’s functionality: running games, remembering your settings and preferences, and showing you your game history and statistics.
The App does not use your information for profiling, marketing, or any purpose other than the operation of the App and the display of ads as described above.
Data Sharing
The Developer does not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone.
The third-party advertising services integrated into the App are Unity LevelPlay, Unity Ads, ironSource, AppLovin, and Liftoff Monetize, which operate under their own policies as described above.
If you contact the Developer by email, the messages you send are subject to the Developer’s handling of that correspondence and are not part of the App’s local data.
Data Retention
Information stored locally remains on your device until you clear the App’s data or uninstall the App. The App does not operate servers and does not retain any of your data on the Developer’s side.
Data processed by the advertising services (Unity LevelPlay, Unity Ads, ironSource, AppLovin, and Liftoff Monetize) is retained in accordance with the applicable providers’ policies.
Children’s Privacy
AtTheTable is a general-purpose party game and is not directed at children under the age of 13. The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App requests non-personalized ads only, it does not use behavioral advertising targeting.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to the Developer, please contact us at r.alikhaaan@gmail.com and the matter will be addressed as soon as possible.
Your Choices
You can control your data in the following ways:
- Delete locally stored game data at any time by clearing the App’s data or uninstalling the App
- Choose the App language and haptics in Settings
- Turn off “Allow Apps to Request to Track” for AtTheTable in your iOS device settings (Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking)
- Stop the display of ads entirely by deleting the App or, in the future, by any in-app purchase option the App may offer
Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available in the App and at https://atthetable.netlify.app/privacy/. Changes take effect when the updated policy is made available.
